Scout reports are everything if the target has anti-scout off. You see open resources, wall heroes/weapons, buffs, wall HP, traps, own troops, reinforces, stationed troops, trap repairs, hospital, raid troops, hideout (and if UB is in it), and building levels. That is the whole mansion. Use anti-scout yourself. If a scout fails, do not walk in solo — past ~100m power the UB risk is high.
