\nThe first and most efficient option is to use a shield.<\/p>\n

The shields have different effect times as you can see from the two pictures. The times cannot be stacked, which means that a new shield replaces the old one.
\nShields are deactivated as soon as you switch to Furious Combat or join another player’s raid.
\nIf you can’t or don’t want to use a shield, it is advisable to use Sanctuary.<\/p>\n
